A two day course designed to help you understand the cause of
injury, and hence How to Treat Sports Injuries, and prevent
problems from developing again.  We area aware that most
sports injuries are accumulative in nature but, what are the
mechanisms that have contributed to the onset in the first place?
What biomechanical factors are involved and how can we
assess these efficiently to best help our clients?
(Many clients have day jobs and are keen sports people. They try
and fit in as much as they can and this can cause problems)

What is the effect of your clients exercise programme
and has it a bearing on their injury?

Does your client assessment tell you what you need to
know about your client?
This 2-day Sports Injuries intensive will help you answer
these questions and more. Examples of common injuries
will be discussed (e.g. Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis,
tennis elbow etc) and the real reasons how they developed
in the first place. Learn warm down techniques, effective
stretching, and rehabilitation approaches.
