What Is Thai Massage?
Thai Massage is one of the four disciplines of traditional Thai
medicine, the others being herbalism, meditation, and
dietary control. Thai Massage works on the principle of
maintaining the condition and the flow of the bodies' vital
energy through a network of channels known as Sen. By
using a unique combination of massage and stretching the
body's soft tissues Thai Massage works the muscles and
skeletal structure, stimulating the flow of energy and
reinstating general well being.
