A course that teaches the body massage techniques that underpin all of the more advanced courses. An ideal precursor

BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy
An ideal continuation if you have completed any course in basic massage skills and want to move to the next level. This
course is run over 10 months - one weekend per month - with a final assessment approximately 2 weeks after
completion of the course (click here).
Bridging programme to BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy
A you looking to upgrade from your Level 3 course to Level 4 (NVQ equivalent) or just looking to enhance your existing
skills and knowledge? If so this course will be just the one you are looking for. You will learn advanced soft tissue
techniques, and sport and remedial related subjects missing from many of the standard massage courses (click here).
Certificate in Lomilomi
Presented in three 2-day modules, this course covers the techniques of Hawaiian massage, including hot stones and hot
towel therapy(click here).
Certificates in Reiki (2 Day Weekend Courses)
Level I provides a basic introduction to the practice of this complimentary therapeutic practice.

First Aid for Sport (IAW MG Training)
This course covers the essentials of providing First Aid in a sporting environment, including emergency aid, resuscitation,
and the basics of sports injury (click here).
Appointed Persons and Sport First Aid (IAW MG Training)
The HSE approved Appointed Person First Aid course is taught on the first day. The second day covers and incorporates
situations and conditions that might be encountered in a sporting context (click here).

Body Reading/Fascial Touch – (2 Separate and individual One Day Workshops)
The first workshop explores methods of analysing posture to make your work more efficient. It is of especial interest to
anyone who deals with postural realignment, and not just the soft tissue specialist. The second workshop, following on
from our successful Anatomy Trains intensive, presents further techniques to provide your clients with an even more

Client Records and Onward Referral – Practitioner’s Legal Obligations (½ Day Seminar)
This workshop will inform you of your legal duties regarding client records and the circumstances that necessitate

Fundamentals of Deep Tissue Massage (2½ Day Workshop)
Explore advanced DTM techniques that incorporate the principles of Anatomy Trains and Body Reading analysis, applied

Introduction to Shiatsu – (2 Day Workshop)
Historically Shiatsu was used mainly within families. In this century Japanese therapists have developed Shiatsu into a
professional therapy. It is very effective and easy to apply in both the home environment or in professional practice.
Throughout this jam packed, fun weekend you will be shown basic techniques using thumbs, fingers, palms, and in
some instances, elbows, and even your knees and feet, to work the entire body through stretching, gentle joint
manipulation, and pressure techniques to balance energy and enhance the body's ability to heal itself (click here).
The Therapeutic Zone – (1 Day Workshop)
"Who Treats the Therapist?" Do you feel drained of energy at the end of each day of providing treatments for your
clients? Well maybe this absorbing workshop can provide you with a new perspective on preparing you to face the

Thai Acupressure Face Massage – (1 Day Workshop)
A treatment that explores the reflex zones of the face, shoulders, chest, arms and hands. The workshop teaches the
student how to stimulate blood flow to these regions to improve skin tone and ease tension (click here).

An introduction to applying this ancient technique. Can be used as a stand alone therapy or incorporated into other
