ISRM/BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy
This course is an intensive route to a level five qualification in Sport and Remedial Massage. It is an ideal continuation if
you have completed any course in basic massage skills and want to upgrade. The course is run over 12 months - one
weekend per month - with a final assessment approximately 2 weeks after completion of the course. It is validated by
the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM) (click here).

Presented in three 2-day modules, this course covers the techniques of Hawaiian massage, including hot stones and hot

The HSE approved Appointed Person First Aid course. Situations and course content can be adapted to include
accidents, situations, and conditions specific to Industry/Trade requirements e.g. Electricians - shock (click here).
First Aid for the Clinical Therapist/Personal Trainers/Sports Practitioners
These courses cover the essentials of the Appointed Persons course but are adapted to providing First Aid in a
clinical/gym/sporting context or environment. Content includes emergency aid, resuscitation, and the basics of
sports injury (click here).

An Introduction to Massage - (2 Day Workshop)

Anatomy Trains - Body 3 Series - Designed specifically for the advanced practitioner, these palpatory and manual
workshop explore obscure but crucial corners of the anatomy and typical conditions suffered by the body. Each of the
Body3 series is a short intensive course limited to specific anatomy and heavy on manual soft-tissue technique. Each
course focuses on 15-20 core 'templates' for technique, which can be applied in different ways for different patterns in

An introduction to applying this ancient technique. Can be used as a stand alone therapy or incorporated into other
